One thing culinary school has taught me that has blown my mind. You do not need to sift your flour. It does nothing in relation to increasing the amount of air into your batter. All it does is take out the lumps out of compacted flour 🤯🤣 If the flour is new you are good. #baking #pastry

If you want to make your cake a bit more bougie without loads of effort this is a good to way to do it, rice paper dyed in water based gel food colouring. You get some great patterns and it’s a great effect on a cake. I use vietnamese rice paper. These are for a project.

Been playing a really fun Pokémon rom hack called Pokémon Perfect Crystal. It adds lots of great additions like being able to evolve Pokémon that could only be evolved through trading by stone. Also lots of other updates #pokemon #miyoominiplus

It is really weird, but also great to see, even though that retro game collecting is VERY expensive it is such a great time at the moment to get into retro gaming. Especially with the amount of emulation devices available, flash cards if you want to play on OG hardware and other options.

Neurodivergent dating tip.

I always had this habit when there was silence I would blurt out a fact or bit of information. 9 times out of 10 it would be about birds or language.

When I met my now husband there was a period of silence and I proceeded to talk about how male ostriches will do a very majestic dance when they want to mate and people would have more luck if they did this as it would mean less guesswork.

He laughed.
