I was exclusively laptops until 2018, then started preferring custom built desktops. But ever since 2021 I’ve been very much a traveller so after spending 1500 to build a desktop and then having to get rid of it 3 months later to move, I bought a gaming laptop again and still have it 2 years later. Probably just gonna stick to ultrabooks / gaming laptops forever.

Just don’t tell them lol. My friend in school gave me his steam account that had some games on it that I had no money for and he wasn’t using it anymore. Still my main steam account 8 years later.

I finally bit the bullet for a friend and got into Warzone, the free to play call of duty mode. And honestly, I’ve become super into it as someone who previously has not enjoyed battle royale games very much. I’m always watching the new best loadout guides, keeping up with a YouTuber even, and thinking of new playstyle ideas to try after getting home from work. I haven’t been this into a game since when I was a teenager playing counter strike.

It’s not the hardest thing for online friends. But irl friends, the only way I even made my last irl friend group was because we met online and found out we lived super close after a few months. So…

Well, in the case of the friendships I mentioned above, we actually met on rainbow six siege in 2020 and played a few games together, decided to add eachother and kept playing together for a year or so, then all 3 of us met up when we realised we all lived in the same area. I remember going to soflo, Miami beach area in 2018 and the streets were overflowing with salt water. You know those rectangular drains on the sides of roads under sidewalks? it was coming out of there. You’d think they would care more about the environment in that state but I guess not. Oh well, that’s why I left. The woods I used to hang out in are now also perma-vacant single family homes.

I’ve had the same bag since 2018, I got it for school. Since then I’ve taken it all over the country many times and currently it’s still one of the only items I have from my “old life” after I had to move 2 years ago and lost most everything else. It’s also been discontinued. If anything happens to it I will genuinely be as heartbroken as losing a friend.

if you’re being for real, it’s successor is this. though compared to other offerings these days I don’t really prefer to use it. open source and no ads tho so that’s cool.
