Finally went to a clinic to get my wrist/shoulder checked out after faceplanting on the pavement running last month. The diagnosis: a mild rotator cuff strain, and ditto on the left wrist. Got a prescription for a topical anti-inflammatory.
Pretty impressed by my ability to injure my upper body while running.
