Bien le bonjour le fediverse, en triant mes SMS ce matin je suis tombé sur un message de mon opérateur me signifiant que mon abonnement évoluait et son prix augmentait si je ne m'y opposait pas avant hier.
Problème je suis passé à côté de ce SMS car noyé au milieu d'autres conneries. Est-ce légal et puis-je encore m'opposer à cette fumisterie ? Depuis quand un contrat peut-il être modifié sans accord explicite d'une des parties par simple communication SMS. #mastohelp#jurisprudence
I'm convinced the #Trump Mar-a-Lago #documents case is a lost cause. #Judge#AileenCannon is an unmitigated #disaster who is dragging the case out, and making atrocious rulings that clearly paint her as a #biased#jurist. #Cannon has put impartial #jurisprudence aside in favor of behaving like one of Trump's unscrupulous defense attorneys. #JackSmith should call this one a loss and put his efforts into the other cases.
