They are very friendly and social beings. Their fangs are for devouring smaller fish and aquatic greens.
Always spotted in groups exploring their surroundings.

I feel like I'm in a transitional stage of my art where I'm ready for something new. I want to use more color, work from my imagination, and maybe express some feelings. While I loved doing the magical animals, they didn't feel genuine. I felt like I was constantly comparing them to other people's work. I was also running out of ideas and when I did get inspired, I'd see the exact same thing from several other artists. I didn't know how to make the idea unique to me. The things I've done lately are not performing as well on social media and I don't think they'd sell, but I also don't want to force myself to make work I don't feel a connection to.

Spring flowers bloom forth like a lively musical composition playful and free without adhering to the rules for any specific musical form. This lovely white & purple trim flower is a Lisianthus. When I spotted this at the shoppe I knew I wanted to capture a playful piece that was colorful and bold.
TCAF (Toronto Comic Arts Festival)'s Digital Marketplace opened today, and runs till May 7, 2023!
It's one of my favourite events :artaww: and the Digital Marketplace features 700+ comics, zines, prints, and more from publishers/creators all over the world - all coordinated through 1 online shop, which is amazing!
