Image of the day is Dark Tower, a Washi W paper #analog shot of the Tour Montparnasse. I wish there had been some dark clouds behind it, would have made it more ominous, but that's what I get from taking photos of Paris when I don't live there... #believeinfilm#parisonfilm#paris
Back home, unpacked. So, here's the thing that might get me back to analog photography: A Rolleiflex S66 medium format SLR released in 1966 that @jillpls had sitting in a closet since forever. This one was probably manufactured in the 70s, judging by the serial number.
It has some technical issues though: the mechanism seems stuck in the "released" position with the mirror flipped up and the film transport crank locked. I'll try to get it fixed and hopefully this beauty can have a second chance.
If anyone knows an address in Berlin where I can get it looked at by someone who knows this camera's mechanism well, that'd be much appreciated. I'd rather not try to fix this myself. Would be a shame to ruin this device by accident.

Next an analog photo from Amsterdam took with my Zorki 4 camera (an old Soviet rangefinder) from 1966. 📷 Let's imagine that this photo doesn't have these few modern cars, then you could say that this photo looks like it was taken a few decades ago. Canals in Amsterdam are the most iconic places of this city, many calls this city the Venice of the north and I can confirm it's true! 🥰

Contemporary art met our really old camera. 📷 It's next an analog photo! I took this shot at The Moco Museum in Amsterdam. If you like contemporary art, I highly recommend checking it out and visiting! ☺️

I pulled my second to last toe out of the #FinalFantasy world like 20 years ago, but I still have a soft spot for #chocobo, so of course I was going to burn some #Kodak#Tmax400 when I came across this guy sitting in front of #Shibuya109
There used to be a bunch of basically pop-up restaurants that would pop up every night around #shinjuku station. When they were campaigning for the 2016 Olympics, the government had the idea that they made the city look bad, police cracked down, and they eventually got replaced by kebab trucks. They probably weren't sanitary, even before COVID was a concern, but I am sad they are gone. #StreetPhotography#FilmPhotography#analog#photography#ramen#FujiFilm#Pro400N#MediumFormat
We've just returned from our trip to the Netherlands, and I'm starting to post new photos! Of course, there was no way to not take a film roll and an analog camera. 📷 It was the first time I shoot photos with a rangefinder, if you like it, please stay tuned because there will be more to come! I took this shot in Amsterdam with the Zorki 4 camera (an old Soviet rangefinder) from 1966. 🥰
