So cool, here is a little video of me unboxing this 30 year old, new old stock AT&T 5200 cordless phone from 1992-93 or so. The instructions say it needs to sit on the charger for 10 hours, so going to just let his sit for at least that long. Normally new old stock like this can sell for a lot more but for some reason I was able to do a minimum bid on this of $16 and won it. Used phones of this vintage tend to be really nasty. Of course I'll be keeping the box and all the materials so it can be packaged away safely when not in use. New batteries won't be here for at least a week. #RetroPhones#telecom#analog
