Bought my first new #Amiga release. Turbo Tomato from Nivrig Games. I absolutely love how quality this release is. The big box comes with a manual, poster, fridge magnet and sticker along the floppy disk. But the best is that the game is well done too! It’s a fun and fast battle arena and has a two player mode so I can play it with my son. You have to run around and pick up timed bombs to throw and hit enemies. You can also bounce them off walls, create chain reactions. #retrogaming
Finally after a couple delays and a full piece by piece clean up this #Amiga 500 is up and running!

Oh man, das ist echt ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht, zum analogen Antennenempfang auf dem Röhrenfernseher in den 90ern.
Leider nicht gerade zum Guten, denn die tollen (mit dem #Amiga produzierten) Raumschiffsequenzen und Special effects sehen jetzt völlig klinisch sauber und damit stumpf und billig aus.

This month's Ten Pence Arcade featured game is Super Hang-On from #Sega in 1987.
The ride-on cabinet was pretty tempting and I often played it in the wild back in the day.
I'm playing the challenge on the #misterfpga arcade core via the #mistercade. Playing with the joystick is sub-optimal but it's a great game.
Back in the 90s, I played it most on the #amiga version which, like the #megadrive, was excellent. The Amiga version had mouse control as an option which simulated the analog handlebars really well, despite the cognitive dissonance.
Did a bit of #Amiga#RetroGaming. I never had an Amiga but I played this one on the school Acorn Archimedes. I didn't do well and ended in the loony bin regularly!
