Tips and industry tricks for voice-over acting on my blog RoadToHollywood.Blog. I look forward to your feedback and ideas, also! #acting#bencable#blog#voiceover
I'm starting to get some demos done to try getting into voice over work. But terminology question: What do I call myself in that context? I've yet to hear a noun that feels right.
I've heard "voice over artist", but while I get where the idea is going, the term "artist" sounds a bit pretentious to me in that context, especially for someone just starting out. Same with "voice over talent".
What other terms for people doing that work have you heard that you could suggest?
Any #voiceover users for Apple watch out there, I'm running the latest Watch OS and I've noticed what I think is a bug with VO. When in settings>bluetooth, I cannot find the "more info" icon for a paired bt device. This makes removing a device from my paired list impossible. Anyone else noticed this issue?
So, looking at three #Misskey clients on the Mac so far, those being #Kimis#missririca (also on Android) and #Misscat, all of them if running on a Mac using #Voiceover (where Kimis is a Mac exclusive), all three of them have some issue or another at the moment.
To post #SoundFiles on #Mastodon:
You do NOT have to make a #YouTube video, like in Twitter. You can post a #WAV or similar file right inside your toot. Insert it in as you would a photo, but search for the sound file on your device.
