queenslight,

So, looking at three clients on the Mac so far, those being (also on Android) and , all of them if running on a Mac using (where Kimis is a Mac exclusive), all three of them have some issue or another at the moment.

queenslight,

missririca would be a great client if I can figure out where an access toeken can be founnd, Kimis would be lovely if the buttons were actually labeled after loging into the interface itself, and Misscat would be lovely if only I could find how to change the interface from Japanese to English.

queenslight,

With all that being said though, I will be sticking with MilkTea on Android and importing folks from Mastodon to Misskey just because, though will not be switching away from thy Pony Mastodon Instance I'm on, because why would I!

Gotta spread the joy for #TwilightSparkle in some form...

queenslight,

As for #Friendica, I'll be over there as well sometime.

When that is, highly unsure at the moment. One thing's definite though, both Friendica and #Pleroma have a way set more of #Blind friendly clients for screen reader use, on all platforms.

Misskey 's new, ain't gonna go hard on them too much. I know someone among the blind community will.

queenslight,

And that folks, is my long thread for awhile.
If ya have read all of it, thanks for doing so!
Have a good rest of your evening/morning!

Pipistrelle,

@queenslight I have an account on Friendica. The web interface is clunky, but sort of doable. Mastodon keybindings don’t seem to work with it within Mastodon apps, although I can add accounts on Semaphore and Mona. Needless to say, I haven’t been on my Friendica account much.

queenslight,

@Pipistrelle

Which Friendica server are you on, and how do ya like it when ya do use it?

Pipistrelle,

@queenslight i don't think it's ready for primetime. it's clunky, and Idon't know of anything with accessible keystrokes to work with it yet.

queenslight,

@Pipistrelle Hmmm... Ya could say the same with Pleroma sadly. Same difference.

That bites!

One thing I do like about Friendica, is they do have XMPP support. I myself enjoy that!

It's not for everyone though...
