The contestant, Victoria, reminds me of Ted Slauson of "Perfect Bid".
Seems to have resonated more than usual. A cool playing and result of a game that gave Bob so much trouble explaining over the years, mainly because the concept to win is more abstract than most games are.

Bob meant a fair amount, to me, in life. I was born not long after his wife Dorothy Jo passed away & have always felt some kind of connection to him. Was so fortunate to have attended a taping in early 2007, which I knew I had to do before he retired.
I'm so grateful he sent me an autograph in December 2008 after donating to The DJ&T Foundation.

Game show host #BobBarker has died at 99. Barker, of course, is best known as an animal activist and as the host of #ThePriceIsRight for 35 years. Barker's career began in radio and he became a TV star hosting #TruthOrConsequences from 1956-1975. He hosted various beauty pageants and gained a new fan base from his scene in #HappyGilmore for his brawl with #AdamSandler.#RIP

This "Official" drawing of #ThePriceIsRight contestant's row from their new studios shows how the audience is situated, along with the photo from Rachel Reynolds' IG. It's unfortunate as the audience is now raised above the stage, like most other international versions. The sunken audience of Television City Studio 33 is what made it unique. Now, it's like everywhere else. @BigRigTravels
An interesting thing I noticed from the @BigRigTravels 's broadcast back on 2023-06-02, on the same road right between that initial clearance warning sign and the low bridge ( https://mastodon.social/@wpgne/110477809062804065 ) was that Steve passed by Zinman of Camden, NJ - which specalises in Furs, Leathers, & Shearlings. They were a long-time sponsor of coats on #ThePriceIsRight , up until #BobBarker stopped allowing them to be used as prizes around 1982. Kinda cool to see that.
