All right friends, I've been feeling really inspired this week and wanted to do something creative. I like #sketchnoting to channel my creativity and mix it with something useful.

Letzte Woche war ich 4 Tage in einem Kurs zur #Bodenarbeit Wir haben erst #Führtraining gemacht und waren dann ohne Leine im #Roundpen nur mit Körpersprache unterwegs. Natürlich habe ich alles mit #Sketchnotes festgehalten. 16 Doppelseiten habe ich abends aus dem Kopf, gescribbelt.

For the most part of my job I find myself right in the middle of this.
And I can understand and support both part.
What makes me laugh (and worry, a lot) is that nobody can understand that a trade-off is not a win-win.
A trade-off, in the large majority of the cases, is NOT a solution, it is only a temporary and short-sighted workaround where, maybe not immediately, everybody looses.

Occasionally while making #sketchnotes, I’ll sketch a concept that turns out not to be as critical to the whole as I imagined when I first drew it, and that bit will get omitted from the final. Sometimes I’m sad to lose these little things, but with the public diary that is social media, I don’t really have to.
