Bing webmaster tools tell me only vague general reasons why it wouldn't work, and none of them are valid.

Remember you also need to think about http to https and www to non www or vice versa as hops as well so you could add 2 more to that chain you have there! (Which I cant really see the urls properly but one looks like it is a domain change.) Easy to end up with loops with such a mess too.
