Ninja Turtles II: The arcade game. A really decent 8bit conversion of an arcade game loads of fun with a couple of “at the time..” facts. It’s a port of the first Ninja Turtles arcade game but called Ninja Turtles II because of the….odd… first Ninja Turtles console game and secondly, the publisher Ultra is a shell company for Konami to get around Nintendo’s release per year restrictions #nes#retrogaming
Batman Returns es un juego de acción de 1993 creado por Konami para SNES. Un título soberbio basado en la película homónima en el que aunque predomina el género beat 'em up lo combina con otros géneros como una fase en la que conducimos el Batmóvil. #retrogames#videogames
Retro Gaming Night tonight on #RadioFreeHamish Tonight I will take a look at some of what are purported to be "classics" and see what all the fuss was about. So join me as I bumble through some of the original #NES RPGs like #Zelda and #FinalFantasy. Do not hold out much hope of me becoming hooked though. #GrumpyOldMan
Already started 2. I have never played it before, either as a fan translation or as a rereleased on handheld systems. The skill leveling is weird so far, but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon.
@BobbyBlackwolf Congrats I need to play 2 myself I bought it either last June or December I forget when. Did you enjoy the #FinalFantasy pixel remaster I found it much easier than the original #NES game which some were angry about and I am just like I don't like frustration so this is fine lol
A quiet Monday & I finished my work early this morning so taking advantage of the extra time by tearing down & cleaning one of the #NES systems dropped off over the weekend.
Check out my recent #Twitch stream of the #MegaMan2#romhack Rockman 2 Min this rom hack is super frustrating but I managed to take down the 8 robot masters next Monday the conclusion. I'm a #smallstreamer so please boost this post.
Will be going live on #Twitch at 12:30 AM CST I will be starting a new #MegaMan2#romhack I'm a #smallstreamer so please boost this post and raids are greatly appreciated.
Feels nice to see my game played on a "Cool Boy" handheld famiclone! NES games on an LCD display can look quite different, and in this case, mine looks better!
But the second game? It was riiiiiiiiight in that sweet spot of being challenging but not impossible. It also had the BEST cinema scenes... which, for this series, is saying something.
Loved loved loved those games. Oh, and the Nintendo Power strategy guide for the second game was pretty sweet, too, even if it didn't cover the final boss (or the final round of cinema scenes).
