The one I had my eye on, wasn't a convertible. #Mustang
I was up late, looking at Maps of the USA, in case I want to drive that way some day.
What would you do, if you won a 1974 Ford Mustang?
Keep it? Sell it? Shine it?
I'm not sure I'd even like one now. I'm past middle-age crisis, my neighbour recently bought a mustang during his criis. I'd probably trade it for a pickup truck, or a boat.
For #MustangMonday we have the handsome young stallion known as Gideon, from the south Onaqui range. He is part of a rough crew of young bachelors who are regularly stirring things up, so this quiet pose in special. He is a powerful and formidable 4 yr. old.
#StallionSaturday! This black beauty from the south Onaqui herd is known as Cobra, due to the distinctive marking on his face, which unfortunately you can't see well in this image.
Prancing into #WildHorseWednesday! This wild gray stallion on Utah's west desert demonstrates the trot for all the dressage people out there. All natural, no aids needed, lol.
It's #MustangMonday! This black stallion climbed a small ridge to get a better view. The wild ones are always on alert for dangers as well as other horses from competing bands.
#FoalFriday! Young Cisco is not a foal anymore, but don't tell him that. Natural weaning in the wild is lots different! While foals begin taking in other food sources as early as 2 months, they continue to nurse up to 10-11 months. It is no longer for nutrition, but for nurture.
Something below spooked the herd, and these horses started running towards me, passing within a few yards. The feel and the sound is forever in my soul.
It's #FoalFriday! Mama Don't Go! Young foals are curious and love to investigate their territory as they get older and more confident. This little guy looked up and suddenly realized that mom and the family had moved from where he left them, lol.
#WildHorseWednesday! Get Off My Cloud! A wild stallion runs out, whinnying loudly to warn off an approaching stallion. Letting him know clearly that he is not welcome. I love the sound of thundering hooves and whinnies!
