When I had cable, I used to regularly watch #TopChef, but I haven't watched it in years. However, I resolved to watch this season since it takes place across #Wisconsin. I really enjoyed the first episode of S21 and I'm glad the chef I found most obnoxious was booted first.

The episode was a little light on the Wisconsin quotient, though someone on the production evidently thought the Hoan Bridge was pretty cool.

Whew! Longest ride so far… 7.5 miles. Went through two cemeteries and a park. Saw a waterfall, ducks and geese, and even some neighbors!

The bad parts were puddles, unpaved roads, and slipping gears.
