When I had cable, I used to regularly watch #TopChef, but I haven't watched it in years. However, I resolved to watch this season since it takes place across #Wisconsin. I really enjoyed the first episode of S21 and I'm glad the chef I found most obnoxious was booted first.
The episode was a little light on the Wisconsin quotient, though someone on the production evidently thought the Hoan Bridge was pretty cool.
@bedirthan The most Wisconsin thing about that episode was the fact that no one would let them merge on the Interstate. That's one of things I hate about driving in Milwaukee.
@bedirthan I can't remember everywhere they filmed, but they were only in Madison for a few days. I think they went to Door County - they're definitely going to a fish boil.
