Oh, and by the way: My new single is out today. It’s called “It’s Not Me, It’s You” and I deem it a protest song, but you might deem as you please, of course :)
Still working on an accompanying video, but here’s a link to all the commercial streaming and buying platforms: https://listen.music-hub.com/xz9jCG
Jenn Champion's new album came out today on the label Gay Forever. It's called 'The Last Night of Sadness' and you can give it a listen on streaming services or buy it on Bandcamp.
Shout out to @raika_amaris for purchasing both my tracks on this crisp #BandcampFriday.
Your support means the world to me! Thank you so much! I am shooketh. :pensive_party_blob: ❤️ 🙏 :catjam:
for purchasing both my tracks, Holy Grail and The Waterfall, on this beautiful #BandcampFriday. Your support means the world; you make me feel majestic! ❤️ 🙏 :pensive_party_blob:
A small snip of my Bandcamp wishlist shows how kinda weird my music taste is though, nice poppy things like La Luz and Fleur right next to death metal things like Redlord, Act of Impalement and Faceless Burial. I suppose they all have great beats and basslines
When an album is near release, I create a playlist with the album's tracks intermixed with those of other artists.
Here's an Apple Music Proof of Concept playlist for "Going Places with the Serfville Monad."
PCI joined up with The Box Tops, Steve Miller Band, Joni Mitchell, The Lemonheads, Willie Nelson & BB King, The Smothers Brothers(!), Elton John, Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys, and others.
Becca Mancari and Joy Oladokun at the Howard Theatre yesterday. Becca resplendent in performance garb (look at those shoes!) Both in fine voice and fettle, Joy had to stop and cry for a minute but it was all in love and community. Both of their records out this year are terrific. #dcmusic#joyoladokun#beccamancari#indiepop#queermusic#howardtheatre

Today's song is Painted Floors by ÄNN
ÄNN is an Austrian indie pop artist who realized early on that making music is her favourite way to communicate. But constantly battling insecurities and self doubt made it hard for ÄNN to be her authentic self for a long time. In her debut album “A.M. Forever” she sings about growing up, the end of relationships, experiences of racism, depression, and self-doubt
