Wishing all of you amazing beings of the Fediverse a good Sunday morning, afternoon, or evening. I hope you are doing well and if you aren't awake yet, well, I hope you wake up in a good mood and ready to go.
It's cold AF here in #Connecticut, but no wind and sunshine, so it's actually kind of nice as long as you wear layers outdoors. We had a most excellent walk down to Lake Garda this morning. We did upset a few Canadian Geese, but hey, tough nougies Geese - you can be annoying too quite often.
Well, that's enough blathering on for now. Be well, Take Care and Stay Alive!

"A heat map showing where pedestrians and cyclists were killed since 2020...from the process reconfirmed some obvious known facts, and came upon a few other trends. I’m sharing these observations to add context to the heat map"
(The author titled the piece "Lessons From Mapping Death"...catchy, but a bit clickbaity for my taste)
I walk at the beach often, so the subject of my photographs may produce a sense of deja vu. I try , however, to compose scenes differently and learn more about both equipment and technique. The film stock, for example, differs from my other, later, reverse angle take of this same scene. #photography#BlackAndWhite#Connecticut#BelieveInFilm
Sunset's last gleaming. As the twilight fades, amazing color lingers more than a half hour after the actual sunset. New Britain Reservoir, Southington, Connecticut. October 13, 2019, 6:49 PM.
You cannot convince me that #Democrats are more committed to #education than #Republicans. They plead poverty and slash cash at home while finding obscene amounts of wealth to pay for wars abroad:
