My husband took this using a telephoto lens, we were parked in a layby about a mile away from the windmill. It's rare that a long trek isn't required for this type of shot, but we were able to set up next to the van for this one! #IsleofWight#AvailableLightPhotography
He used a telephoto lens and was standing a mile away to capture this perspective. It also involved dodging some traffic as the angle needed to be from the middle of a busy road! #LandscapePhotography#AvailableLightPhotography
Tranquility at #SandownBay on the #IsleofWight
A cold winters day which was made even more enjoyable with a lovely homemade soup in the cafe of the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary which is across the road from this viewpoint. Perfect for me as the whole menu was plant based - thank you Chris Packham.
I've justed posted it on our business page on Facebook with some trepidation. The amount of scam messages we're getting now is ridiculous. 14 of them yesterday alone.
That's why I prefer being here, just as me.
No suggested posts for a cheesecake offer in a Miami cafe either - how does that work when I'm vegan and never even been to America, let alone Miami 😅 #AvailableLightPhotography#LandscapePhotography
I've had (and made) some pretty amazing vegan cheesecakes... all without the assistance of Facebook!
This is not a spam comment, by the way.
We're glad you're here as you, too.
We've had some mad waves around the Island this week. Thankfully things have calmed down now and the sun is out.
This is #Sandown which is usually quite a sheltered bay. You can see the pier in the distance, I imagine the dodgems and the slide at the end were closed that day!
