@schizanon#Bitlocker showing up every reboot is often a sign of a failing/bad TPM
I would check windows settings for your "security processor" to see if it shows up or if it shows missing
If your PC never had one (you mentioned #AMD ) its possible you had firmware TPM, check your bios settings for fTPM and make sure the setting didnt turn off (if it shows missing in windows that is)
