major, 7 months ago Just finished my first 5K with no stops and zero walking. I tried to keep my speed as slow and as even as possible and wow, it got really tough during the last 1.5km. 🎉 My previous record without walking was just past 2 miles or just past 3km. #running #keto #fitness
