@puppygirlhornypost Another reason to not donate through stores is that it gives them a tax writeoff that they don't deserve because they aren't spending their money for it, they're spending yours, & I'm pretty sure in the USA you can't write off your donations through stores like that since they aren't charity organizations, so they're basically stealing from you & pretending to do a good thing. If you're going to donate to anything you should donate directly. If you donate directly there is no chance of stores embezzling or taking a percentage of it & you can also put it on your taxes, so both you & the charity benefit from it.
