SuitedUpDev, 23 days ago @dogfox I am being called out and I do not like this one bit... 👀 </joke> Anyways, it depends. If I make egg fried rice, then ideally I want to use 1 day old rice. Otherwise, I make the amount I need.

SuitedUpDev, 23 days ago @dogfox Yeah I can understand that. In my experience, reheating rice doesn't really do the flavours much of a favour.
