@JamesGleick I prefer a Final Jeopardy round over a debate, where questions of basic factual knowledge are answered in writing. Eg, the Bible: Name the last book of the New Testament; Who wrote Genesis?; Name the 4 Gospels; Who kissed Jesus?
@JamesGleick A) Trump hasn't been convicted of anything, and it's okay to normalize that we're all innocent until proven guilty, and B) I don't know what this guy's debate claims are, because that part is subscribers only, but I think Biden is right to give people a chance to see the difference between a rational person and a deteriorating lunatic.
@cherold While Trump’s many criminal trials are pending, as you know he has already been found in civil courts to have committed rape and several varieties of fraud. It would be reasonable for him to be shunned and shamed.
