Understand that we’re not all athletes or dancers. Some of us are nerdy, awkward and chronically online.

But really, I’d love to see more representation that isn’t centered around our bodies.

That’s why I’ve always been vocal about my identity in tech. Many people either don’t know we even exist or have racist notions that we’re somehow not “smart” enough for this field.

The sad thing is a lot of PI kids end up believing this too.
