She's dangerous & recruits naive young POC, vulnerable older POC, vulnerable white gals into sex work. 2 of my friends experienced this with her & they didn't believe my early warnings, til they were abused by her & abandoned in a town they knew no one.

In my settings for my Mastodon client (web or Mona in my case) I can choose a general setting for whether my future posts and my replies will be “global” or “unlisted”.
These choices show up as icons when I compose a post: as a world (global) or unlocked lock (unlisted) icon. I can click on those icons to change the visibility of each new post or reply I am writing.

you're posting using the "followers only" visibility setting. in the new post editing window there is a drop down menu where you can select "public" or "followers only" or "only people mentioned." i think you want "public."
in images below i circled in red the post visibility setting as seen on your post here, and i added a yellow (public) and green (followers only) arrows to the relevant settings.
@drdrowland This is weird. From my vantage point, @msquebanh 's post above looks to be set to unlisted, which your interface isn't even showing. I'm on the web. Are you on an app? Or are we using diff instance software?

@inquiline@msquebanh "unlisted" is "followers only" as far as i know. i use phanpy on windows and android and for the screenshots i installed the vanilla mastodon client on android.
@inquiline@msquebanh it is. i can be charitable and say this confusion is not on purpose. as time goes on all this is going to get worked out. i suppose it's a question of how long it takes to get enough people to use it so that there are enough people that care about doing a little more finishing on the product.
and that finishing definitely includes documentation and marketing.

Crystal talks about integrity, while having an affair, live, online & tried justifying it.

Going public about this because 6 young #women were recruited, #abused & #exploited by this person & one other white ass #pretendian. Both travelling across #Canada because neither has any home(by privileged choice - which most of us #POC don't have). Grifting, sex working(which I'm OK with when it's adult choices) BUT recruiting vulnerable youths, giving them drugs, #pimp pulling in w/gifting mass materials & then forcing girls to PAY IT BACK. They're PIMPS.
AGAIN, don't just believe my words alone, especially if you're one of THOUSANDS who were fully fooled by them. Heck, I let Khursten stay in my home for several days, because I didn't know what she was really like prior. I learned. These are similar dangerous human alerts I'd put up for men & any other person - regardless of who they are & how they identify themselves as - IF they've posed dangers to local communities & exploit most vulnerable within those communities.
