This ended up taking way too much out of me, but I’m glad I tried and now know.
Outdoors art helped me when I was only ankle disabled and couldn’t explore nature thru physicality.
It’s a bummer that 2 hours of sitting and painting caused a symptom flare/crash for me, but maybe I will try sitting in nature and just watching instead of drawing, maybe for an hour next.
I’ll find a self sustainable way. Especially before the summer heat comes and I’m more confined indoors.
I learned a lot with these and even though they’re firmly in the place where my taste and skill don’t yet align, i know i did a good job by trusting myself and not giving up on them despite a lot of “aughhhhh this isn’t working” feelings
