    thank you for serving citizens' rights.
    I know there were originally issues with the wording to Ohio's abortion rights amendment that was intended to confuse voters.
    I voted on 14 proposals to the TX Constitution yesterday. All confusing, one especially regarding a wealth tax. Several voters noted, as they left, that they weren't sure they voted correctly bc of the wording.
    It's attached. Shouldn't this issue be addressed by SCOTUS, "no trying to confuse or fool voters"?

    That didn't sound right or legal, you must feel very satisfied at fixing that, even if it might be a straw in a haystack.
