I usually can find the merits in #tech but as of now people shove "#blockchain" and "#NFTs" into everything regardless if it makes sense or not just to fleece #VentureCapitalFirms...

Noone needs the floods of #Shitcoins when the only one that actually works as a #payment system is #Monero and it's only demand exists due to Credit Card firms & #PayPal being anti-consumer shit and horribly centralized.

@aral @lexd0g I mean don't think there ain't applications that could use #NFT - like a decentralized platform that provides a publicly auditable record of license transfers for software or multimedia useage rights.

But AFAICS we only get assholes implementing #AntiPrivacy and literally abusing every nuck and cranny to shove that shit in regardpess if it makes sense or has any benefits for users.
