Authorities are blaming #ClimateChange & the lack of rain which has reduced water supply, limiting the number of ships (as well as the size of the vessels too).
I was wondering why Panama 🇵🇦 has not pumped in sea water to resolve the issue, although a #YouTube commenter explained the folly of that “solution” as salt water would damage the ecosystem.
