#Blanche continues to argue that #StormyDaniels's testimony was #prejudicial.

This all seems like he is just creating a record for a future appeal.

Prosecutor #Steinglass responds to the #mistrial motion, saying that much of what Blanche said "is flat-out untrue."

Steinglass says that Daniels has told her story many times & it has not changed significantly. He calls the defense's accusations “nonsense."
