Meta's 2 license has an unusual clause whereby they withdraw your right to use the model if you allege has breached your own IP rights by training their stuff on your intellectual property.

@mikarv that's basically an ouster clause which courts not keen on and it's against basic principles of equity - if anyone tried I doubt Eng cts would uphold
