Did you know❓

Between 1982-83, there were over a dozen Children's Activity Books released based on #DonkeyKong.

While some were sold in retail stores, a handful were only bundled alongside Donkey Kong Junior cereal boxes.

Admittedly I haven't played much of #XCOM, and the geo-specific naming conventions make my head spin.

That said - "Monsters in the Dark" is a book that's high on my list to read this year.

It chronicles the legendary journey of Julian Gollop and the creation of X-COM.

@kalloway Thanks for sharing! So there are actually 3 separate books.

The first two had both Korean and English text:

  1. Oxide: The Art of Genesis
  2. Oxide 2 Carta Numinous - Kim Hyung-Tae: The Second Works

And this latest one was a Japanese publication which collected illustrations from both previous volumes, and added some new stuff.
