(*) oui, apparemment c'est homologué les expertises à distance. Le monde tourne à l'envers.

Here’s how my “global #running day” 5K jogging will play out:

First minute and a half:
Wow, I feel great, I bet I can run a 10K!This is going to be FUN! 🤪

Immediately followed by:
Jesus, how long has it been? 🥵

At 2K:
Ok! Nearly halfway. You can do it.

At 3.8K:
Why am I doing this to myself? 😩

The last kilometer:
checks distance every 200 meters or so

At 5K:
Finally! #fitness acquired! Take that, reformed couch potato! 💪

It looks like France, or this particular brand (Balitrand Home Store, which is super expensive) misses the 1950s, where the man of the family, smart and dandy, is in charge of the barbecue, while his wife and their friends enjoy drinks and admire his skills.

But this isn’t representative of most of us, is it? 😳 Even by the standards of the posh and wealthy French Riviera.
