    The Republican Party is against:

    -National paid family and medical leave
    -Universal childcare
    -Universal pre-K
    -Tax increases on the wealthy and corporations
    -The expanded Child Tax Credit
    -Student debt relief

    Doesn't sound like the party of the working class to me.

    @emptywheel The more we learn about this, the more obvious it seems that the criming is ongoing. The probability that all the stolen goods have been recovered seems nil. The probability that Trump is not continuing his attempt to monetize (or leverage) the remaining stolen property is niller. By my first approximation

    I quit reading the #WSJ quite awhile ago due to some obvious partisan spin. Now I know it does absolutely no fact-checking on opinion pieces and is in bed with Alito.

    Just giving a public official an open mic to prebut an article about his lavish conflicts of interest and then defending him is not journalism: it's advocacy.
