And to though we would have learned anything from heartbleed 😩

Not like it's been more than 10 years we are talking about the funding of critical massively used FOSS project but once again the capitalist obsession for maximum exploitation and profit maximization have burned us, would could have predicted that.

[obligatory xkcd comic]

Having maintained and created projects used by GAFAM and more and seeing nothing coming from that I wouldn't say I'm surprised but I'm still so pissed off.

Hello everyone and especially people who contribute to the #translation of #YunoHost ❤️

I'm working on making manifests of apps translatable directly on our Weblate (it is used for the questions during installation and also to generate READMEs of apps)

I've launch a beta testing and a few apps are available for translation here https://translate.yunohost.org/projects/yunohost-apps/

It would be great if some of you could translate a few strings on differents applications to ensure that everything is working correctly ❤️

bram,

I'm interesting in feedbacks from people doing the translation in case things can be made better '-'

ofc the end goal is to make as much things as possible translatable in our WebLate to make more accessible to everyone : things like strings in the configuration panel, DESCRIPTION.md, categories etc ...

Don't hesitate to reach me if something goes wrong '-'

And thanks again for contributing ❤️

For what it's worth working back a bit on YunoHost with the other contributors (doing peripheral things like meeting management, adding test and CI stuff and clicking on merge because are scared of doing that) and it feels good ^w^

bram,

#YunoHost contributions time:

So, after way too much time for what I initially expected, I've made the README files that we generate on every YunoHost application : translatable.

Up until now it was only available in English and in French.

If you want to help use you can contribute to this translation (it's only 35 sentences to translate) here https://translate.yunohost.org/projects/yunohost/readme-generator/

Please note that only language that a 100% translate rate will to be used to avoid README with a mix of english/other language

And it get worst and worst everytime you reread it 😐

Everything is a pure disaster.
