apparently pizza in India commonly has "american corn" as a topping. but indian pizza in the US doesn't usually feature corn, so i guess US indian pizza is its own thing.

corn makes more sense to me as a pizza topping then avocado or arugula or whole fried eggs (actual things I've seen from experimental pizza places in CA)

ok after doing some digging apparently almost every place puts corn on pizza, but not the US except some very niche styles on the same level of novelty as aforementioned avocado, arugula, etc

During that war, my family's house was bombed and reduced to rubble. My family fractured, and my grandparents and my mother relocated to USA.

when i look at new furniture/decor they split styles up into things like "farmhouse" "coastal" "boho" which I EXPECT to look like a crusty bumpkin interior, a sea captain's quarters, and a hippie's basement, respectively. But instead they all just look like:

"do you want beige/white with a beach in the background or beige/white with grass in the background?"

I don't think my old kitchen falls into a category like "boho" but it was painted by a film prop/stage designer roommate and looks more unique than the wood-on-beige stuff. Also my other roommate put in a really bright cold-tone light so it looked very stage-like at night lol

This could have happened two years sooner but Trump appointed EPA people blocked it.

One of them was Nancy Beck of the EPA Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention.

Before working at the EPA, she was an executive at the American Chemistry Council, a chemical industry lobbying group for FIVE years!

Why can't we get those revolving door laws? So, you can't be at the EPA after OR before being a lobbyist?

The reporting on this in papers is terrible.
