    @gruber Arguably, the UK hasn’t abandoned its E2E nonsense: it’s in the law. Enforcement is in abeyance. They claim they will not attempt to enforce it, but this is the hallmark of unjust legislation: in effect but not enforced.

    My grown daughter is at her first Springsteen concert on the other side of the country right this very moment, he's playing the shit out of the Darkness / River catalog, and I'm thinking back to a May afternoon in 1984, walking my paper route and listening to the just-released Dancing in the Dark on my Sony FM Walkman and I just had no idea in the world about the staying power this man would have.

    Shot photos myself during mid-University days. Essentially “The River" Tour. I remember staying up all night in line for tickets weeks before the concert. Still good friends with everyone who attended 🎵
