This is gonna take a while…

Slowly working on getting my music into Plex to ultimately create my own hybrid Apple Music / self-hosted music library. I’ll likely never stop using Apple Music simply for the power of discovering new stuff.

@Newmy That’s awesome to know! The biggest issue for me is 20-years of iTunes metadata I have in the Music app. There’s basically no way for me to get that into Plex (I’ve been trying to find an import on ratings, playcounts, date added, etc for days without any results) for a TRUE replacement.

Do you use TIDAL? I hear nothing about it, which feels worse than hearing bad things about it.

I created a Smart Playlist to easily identify songs I want to outright buy.

The playlist name I’ve given it? Rules of Acquisition. :startrek:

For the curious: These are songs in Apple’s Music app that shows Apple Music songs I’ve added to my library, with >10 plays, and is either rated >2 stars or I marked as a favorite.

Am I an idiot or is there no way to filter by tasks created in the last 24 hours in Jira?

At least being able to SORT by date seems like a pretty basic function for project management tool…

FYI I’ve actually had some good results creating jira queries w/ chatGPT (shocker, I know). It’s a low-level task that tools like that are good at.

@ghalldev Yup! Go to Filters —> View all filters, then click Create filter button on that page once it loads.

For your query, choose “MORE” and then search for “created”. Once you add that, you can say within the last and give it a timeframe. Layer this stuff however you need.

For more advanced queries,to the right of the search box click JQL. Per GPT, try this: created >= -24h. Screenshot attached.

@ghalldev You’re welcome! Jira is super powerful and does nearly anything you want. It’s just large and generally requires digging to find it. I normally ping my scrum master or BA to get those made since they’re generally admins.

@ghalldev JIRA is far and away better than anything else. It’s a bit chaotic, but you should have a qualified admin organizing it. TBH it’s my fav agile tool.

It’s like OpenAI and others couldn’t solve this problem so they gave it a ‘friendly’ name in order to cover up how bad it is.

@drahardja Wow!! Reminds me of the old podcast app that had a reel to reel look. If you tilted your phone, the “light” would reflect off it at the angle you tilted. Was such a tiny detail.

I love how Apple still does little things like that.

So yesterday I was out doing what I can’t talk about right now, and my car started making knocking noises (like a lawn mower), as I was trying to get to a shop, my engine began to limit the power to it. So I limped it to the shop. Glad I made it, just as I got there it shut off.

Engine light was blinking and oil light came on. 😒 It was 2 quarts of oil low somehow, so not sure what is going on.
