Willkommen zum vorletzten Tag #UpNorth [Uff! -Die Red.] aus Minden Oberstadt! Nicht so ganz professionell wird der Zug etwas verspätet bereit gestellt aber wir wollen nicht meckern, dafür gibt's die Polsterklasse.
So sieht er also aus, der neue Endpunkt der Hannoveraner Stadtbahnlinie 13 in Hemmingen: die hier obligatorischen Hochbahnsteige jeweils außen, in der Mitte fahren u.a. die "sprintH"-Anschlussbusse der Linie 300 von und nach Pattensen heran. Und hinter der Anschlussstelle die Weichenverbindung, um nach Wechsel des Führerstands auf das richtige Gleis zu wechseln.
Dass das im Bild linke Gleis nicht direkt anfahrbar ist, hat einen ganz einfachen Grund: für den 10-Minuten-Takt wird es nicht benötigt, irgendwann soll es aber von hier wohl noch weitergehen nach Arnum. #UpNorth
We were in the Upper Peninsula this weekend and it is actually disturbing how little snow there is. We could get in the driveway which is usually not possible until late March, early April. #Michigan#UpNorth#UpperPeninsula
I got to spend the weekend with family in northern Michigan, visiting orchards and wineries and enjoying the spectacular show nature is putting on there. The colors of the trees are mesmerizing, I have never seen anything like it in person, and we had cloudy skies. But it is also nice to be back home.
