Enjoying listening to some #vinyl after a day of housework. Currently enjoying #LedZeppelin #PhysicalGraffiti.
One of those album covers to be admired as much as the music. Work of art 🎨

Listening to my ancient copy of Physical Graffiti by #LedZeppelin wasn't particularly enjoyable yesterday.
I gave the #vinyl a good clean with this and it's worked wonders. I guess I'm going to be busy sorting out the rest of the collection now!

Time to do some family cooking and, to get over the din of both teenage kids having friends around, something loud.

So, #TonightsListening is 'Presence' by Led Zeppelin.

Thought of one for @Kitty's #TuneTuesday theme this week, #SongBaton - one song that goes into another.

These are next to each other on the album. When radio plays them, they ALWAYS play them both, they go together so well.

Zep - Heartbreaker into Living Loving Maid. Vinyl pops, crackles and all! The TOO HOT version with too much bass!

For years I have wanted to learn
how to play the #bass line of Lemon Song from #LedZeppelin .

but after listening to it carefully

I can't help but feel that I should have started 20 years ago. I can't wait to see what kind of analysis @its_adamneely would do with it.

Bing: Would you like to know what famous musicians visited England?
Me: sure
Bing: There are many famous musicians who have visited England. Some of them include Joseph Haydn who arrived in England on New Year’s Day 1791. Led Zeppelin who are recognised as one of the progenitors of heavy metal and marked the 1970s with their wide variety of influences and styles.

Okay, never thought I'd see Led Zeppelin & Joseph Haydn in the same sentence. Would be a hell of a gig though...
