Die Fritz!box von AVM ist weit verbreitet und bietet in der Grundausstattung VPN und VOIP-Telefonie. Mit ein paar Einstellungen kann ich mein Smartphone damit einbinden.
Ich wünschte @Things würde eine Uhrzeit-basierte Aufgabenverwaltung bieten, à la Structured oder Todoist.
Ich würde die App so gern nutzen, aber „heute“ und „heute Abend“ reicht mir einfach nicht.
I forgot to post about this yesterday, though not surprising due to how extremely busy work has been with the Play Store release of Nova 8.
I applied for the Vivaldi Sopranos program and it looks like I've been accepted. I'll have some accounts setup on Monday for me so I'll be able to dive in head first and see what all is going on.
That means I'm now an Ambassador and a Soprano for @Vivaldi which is pretty exciting!
Re about the #iOS bug, thanks @pitermach. It affects only multilingual people who have different apps in different languages. I'll boost Piotr's reply next.
Dear blind #iOS users! Please note: in latest iOS betas there is an extremely nasty bug where several apps turn your phone into totally unusable state. You cannot reload VoiceOver, you cannot do anything at all besides restarting the phone. Be super mega careful! I know so far one German app (very important, it's PhotoTan app from #DeutscheBank which basically is needed for authorization of every significant bank operation), and one Russian app. I even don't know what to suggest if you have no sighted help and no spare device where you can run BeMyEyes or so. Anyway, if you encounter such an app, do the volume up — volume down — side button dance to force restart, I have no other idea. Again, be super careful! I'd like to CC @JonathanMosen because it might need to be spread for a wider audience, and @lynnskyi because I know you use only your phone, so again, be extremely careful, you'll never know what app will cause it to behave like this. Opening Xcode lately (at least the last few months) has been taking around 30+ seconds before it even shows me the screen that lists my projects. This is on an M1 Pro MacBook that otherwise is still super fast. Anyone else seeing this?
It's May 1. Instagram for iOS just got updated. It still sends the device's system uptime to remote servers. Starting today developers are no longer allowed to access this API without providing a reason. And in no way can the app send the value off-device. #Privacy#InfoSec#iOS#Apple
