Yes, r/startrek has lifted off from #reddit and moved to #lemmy -- and with it, a realization that we need an easy way to help people find their new, old communities that have moved from reddit to #lemmy#kbin and whatever else pops up.
I started a quick and dirty list that you can share and contribute to (PRs welcome!).

A change that Valve missed in the big recent upgrade of the Steam client, is that on Linux systems either desktop or Steam Deck, removing non-Steam apps should now be cleaner.

Has the #EU already looked into the privacy of #gamers? Gamers are forced to share their data with the US or the game they paid for can not be played. I noticed this when trying to play #EA's #F123

Not ready for review just yet but preliminary thoughts on Aliens: Dark Descent so far
1 - Aliens, not Alien
2 - Tough and tactical challenge (though story mode is available) but rewarding
3 - Nice nods to the films
4 - Lovely, dark atmospheric visuals
We've switched over to xbox for the weekend, to get a view of performance over on consoles. It has its awkward moments but most of the time the atmosphere (especially lighting) is quite lovely.
