I believe #Mastodon could benefit from some #UserResearch (UR).

UR isn't about user opinions or votes for [#feature #enhancements. It's about observing and analysing :mastodon: and competitors' features, its user #performance, its server logs, and its users' needs, to figure out what is/isn't working, investigate why, and then help inform #solution #design.]

I don't see any #product #leaders or #developers asking for #user research #findings to inform their work, so I'm not volunteering as UR.
