Or, if nobody has the vigilante spirit, perhaps with proper information the local constabulary could decorate it with a daily note under the wiper. 3d one comes with a trip to the pound to spring it for a couple of Benjamins

@APBBlue This happened to me some untold number of years ago when Philly started adding a lot more bike lanes. I was biking on a street w/o a bike lane & I guess some drivers were interpreting the new lanes as demarcating where bikes were allowed to be. So a driver pulled up next to me, slowed down, opened window, & screamed BIKE LANE, BITCH!! as loud as she could.
To my fairly great surprise I screamed back SHARE THE ROAD, BITCH!!

For anyone who doesn't know, in the UK at least, Piers Morgan is infamous for hacking the voicemails of a child that was abducted & murdered which led police & her family to believe she was still alive.
@StopForTea no he isn't. he's certainly been accused of being involved with phone hacking when he was editor at the Daily Mirror but the dead girl's phone was done by News of the World
