Hello #Fediverse! Today was #CrossTraining Friday, with a warmup run, 20 minutes upper body strength training and a cooldown run back home. All this while Parsley the #cat was still snoring in bed with G 😹
Today was cross-training day. 1.5k warmup run to the public park gym, 25 minutes strength training and 1.5k cooldown run back home to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and serve Parsley the cat’s breakfast 😁
First a run to and from the park where I used the outdoor public gym for some cross training. Then a beautiful sunrise with some spectacular clouds. And finally my good friend @bef drops by with a gift for my reading list. Definitely a great way to start this #Friday 😁
Taking my next 10k as a chance to test how well structured training works on the #AppleWatchUltra, with a little help from #TempoApp and #TrainingTodayApp. A 45 minute run to warm up for the week 🤘🏻🦊🤘🏻
Parsley the #cat, as usual, is more interested in warm, cozy, spots to enjoy a good nap 😻
Today I tried the #TempoApp structured workouts for the first time, and it worked like a charm it sends your personalized workouts straight to the #AppleWatch#FitnessApp and works flawlessly. I might finally cancel my Training Peaks subscription 😉

Happy #HumpDay, #Fediverse! An early 8k to celebrate the middle of the week…all this while Parsley the #Cat snores back home. Seeing him asleep like this while I run before dawn sometimes makes me wonder who’s the intelligent species here 🤔🤣
