Since it's Movember, I thought I'd post this wonderfully moustachioed head from a corbel of a Gothic Townhouse on Westbourne Gardens in Glasgow. Despite the fact it was created in the 1870s, there's an air of 1930s Einstein about him!
For those who don't know the #Movember movement, it's about letting men know that it's okay to be vulnerable. Many men, young and old alike, die today because they won't see a doctor, talk to specialists or simply refuse to reach out for help.
I started engaging when my stepdad got diagnosed with prostate cancer a couple of years back. He was declared cancer free this year after struggling for the past 5 years or so.
I donate every year to cancer research at the end of November.
Im doing the No Nut November. I won't be eating all kinds of nut from peanut to cashew to hazel for a month to see if I'll become a better person by 1 December. #NoNutNovember
