To be alive in India is pure luck. You never know when the next rich brat will hit you on the road or a hoarding will fall on your head or you get stomped on a railway platform. Just luck. #India

India's six-week-long election is still underway and the next round is due to take place on Saturday. But there are concerns that the blistering heat is going to have an impact on turnout. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi is widely expected to win a third term in office. His party is keen to court younger voters and in order to get their support, they have been turning to influencers.

Adani purchases 3,500Kcal quality coal from Indonesia for $28/metric ton. The coal is then directly shipped to India, and the invoice travels through a circuitous route. By the time the invoice reaches India, the coal has 6,000Kcal, and the price has shot up to $91.91!

Seriously, let's say the #ww3 the US/EU/NATO/ISRAEL/UKRAINE have been provoking to start eventually starts and you are stuck in a country that you feel is in the wrong side of the war-front?

What do you do?

Engage in guerrilla warfare against the people around you who blindly conform to their state? Become vocal and suicidal as a peace activist? Run away to a strange country on the other side of the war front?

voters in feel targeted more and more by the ruling party and Prime Minister with hate speeches. There have been reports of Muslim voters' names being removed from the voting list and in one village in , they were even beaten up. But no action has been taken by the Commission of India against these complaints prompting activists to launch a campaign against it. Navodita Kumari reports.
