The ICC is an intergovernmental org. & INTL tribunal seated in The Hague, NL. It's the first & only permanent INTL court with jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for the INTL crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes & the crime of aggression.
Israel's disastrous, inhumane, & barbaric response to #Oct7 has led to an unfathomable amount of deaths, injuries, democide... to Palestinians trying to stay alive in Gaza. The ICC's decisions have been correct.
